LTO : 5-year Driver’s Licenses to be Issued Next Week

The LTO  (Land Transportation Office} announced the issuance of driver's licenses with 5-year validity will begin next week. They also made it clear that the roll out will be on a staggered basis.   According to LTO Assistant, Secretary Edgar Galvante, three LTO branches in Quezon City is set to issue them with extended validity on October 10.
